Training & WorkshopsAs a consultancy service TASK can develop a training programme for your specific needs. Care teams and institutions can struggle with providing the right care for people they support. Carers can feel bogged down with the day to day management of high and complex individuals. They can miss work days, feel distressed and unconnected from their work and often leave. All this can have a negative impact for employer, worker and those they support. ACC and other audit-able requirements of the work place will automatically tick all the boxes with TASK undertaking risk plans, behavioural programmes, team building and supervision. Follow up work can also be undertaken.
The key to TASK involvement will be a good measure of compassion and empathy for the situation in hand and at the same time maintain appropriate professionalism. |
