De-Escalation TrainingThis 3-hour workshop walks you through how to manage people presenting as challenging or aggressive in any environment such as doctors surgeries, clinics and medical services. You will understand and learn the research and science around behaviour management. How to deal with a person’s frustration, aggression and anger. You will develop an insight into the biology of aggression and the role of our mental state in dealing with difficult situations. This session is aimed at social care service and customer service, frontline, call centre staff. This content is created by a team with over 30 years of supporting high and complex individuals in community and hospital settings. All these sessions are tailored to an individual person's needs and come with a work book.
