Cancellation Policy
At TASK, we understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. Our goal is to accommodate your needs while ensuring the quality and consistency of our training and workshop programs. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand how we manage cancellations and rescheduling. Cancellation by Participants: More than 14 Days Before the Event: Full Refund: If you need to cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event, you are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. Rescheduling: Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your participation for a future session without any additional charges. 7 to 14 Days Before the Event: 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your participation for a future session with a rescheduling fee of 20% of the registration fee. Less than 7 Days Before the Event: No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund due to the commitments we make to our trainers and venues. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your participation for a future session with a rescheduling fee of 40% of the registration fee. Cancellation by TASK: In the rare event that TASK needs to cancel or reschedule a training or workshop, participants will be notified as soon as possible. All registered participants will have the following options: Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Rescheduling: You have the option to transfer your registration to a future session at no additional cost.
